Chicago, Illinois. Chicago's International Amphitheatre will be spotlighted in August when Democrats from all over the nation gather to select their 1956 Presidential candidate. Here are two views os the big convention hall. In photo left is a view of the front entrance of the Amphitheatre on Halsted Street. In photo right is an interior view of the convention hall looking toward the speaker's platform. Extra seats are being installed to seat the convention delegates.
