Strong, United States Ambassador to Norway, who was host to Mr. and Mrs. Hearst on their arrival in Oslo. Mr. Hearst is visiting Norway, Denmark, Yugoslavia and West Germany at request of the United States government to observe effects of United States aid in these countries.
