Governor-elect Edmund S Muskie of Maine and Mrs Muskie, sit proudly with their two children, Ellen, 4, and Stephen 5-1/2. Mrs Muskie, at 27 the youngest first lady in the land, confided to INS writer Olga Curtis that she's never had a servant, always has done her own cooking, housekeeping and sewing, and hopes to at least keep her hand in when she moves next January into Maine's Blaine Mansion, home of the State's Governors.
