Judith Allen who filed $2,000,000 suit against Delphine Dodge Godde alleging love piracy, declares that Mrs. Godde's assertedly proposed counter-action was "preposterous and absurd". Miss Allen filed her suit contending that there was a chance for reconciliation with her husband, Jack Doyle, before her divorce became final, but that Mrs. Goddo attempted to wreck the reconciliation by her "charm and money".
