Description
Atlantic route is this 707 of Irish International Airlines. They have had 707s on passenger and air freight services since 1960. The flight from New York to Shannon usually takes about six hours, consuming some 15,000 gallons of aviation kerosene. The 707s are praised by pilots for their "structural integrity", Their dependability is such that they can be relied upon to make a high number of trips before needing check-up.
