James A Farley was manaeer of Roosevelt's Presidential campaign, and is also chairman of the Democratic National Committee. Before that he was a state boxing commissioner. In his new post he will be key man in distributing thousands of federal patronage jobs. His wife, the former Elizabeth Finnegan, will assume a new important place in the Capita; social whirl. The girls will be among the youngest of the Cabinet children in Washington
