Senator Owen Brewster (R-Me) listens to testimony today at the Senate War investigating subcommittee hearing dealing with Howard Hughes Government lane contracts, just before the hearing opened, Brewster, chairman of the full committee, told reporters he had accepted free air transportation from Hughes, but only for the convenience of Hughes in conferring on the committee's work.
