General Hugh Johnson (right) former NRA Administrator, said speech to the United Mine Workers' Convention January 29 in Columbus Ohio, sounded like a "brother act" because he concurred so frequently and vigorously with proposals advanced by John Lewis, CIO chief. Lewis and Johnson are shown together just before Johnson addressed the convention.
