1935 Press Photo Joseph Fisher and uncle Jules Fisher under tax evasion battles

Description
At the left is Joseph Fisher, the only one of the seven Long lieutenant to have been brought to bar for income tax evasion. He was guilty on two counts. At the right is his uncle, State Senator Jules Fisher, who is also under indictment for income tax evasion for the years of 1931-32-33. The government has indicated that Long's death would have no deterrent effect whatever on Uncle Sam's drive. Joseph fisher, former senator is now serving 18 months, an indication of what the others may have to face.
