1929 Press Photo Senator Gooding was guest at the "Wall Street Rum Dinner"

Description
Senator Gooding of Idaho, who was named by Senator Brookhart of Iowa as one of the guests at an alleged "Wall Street Rum Dinner" in Washington. Brookhart added that Gooding did not drink. Others named by the Iowa Senator as having attended were Senators Edge, Smoot and Moses. Edge who is from New Jersey, is President Hoover's Ambassador designate to France.
