The Brazilian Highway Expedition which has spent ten years traveling the Three Americas from South to North in charting the most practical route for a Pan-American inter-Continental Highway are pictured as they explained their plans to Pres. Roosevelt at the White House. Francisco Lopez Da Cruz, observer; Judge S.W. White, DAllas Texas, Leonidas Borges De Oliveira, Commander, Mario Fava Mechanic, and Dr. Fernando Lobo Brazilian Charge D'Affaires who presented them. Pres. Roosevelt is seated. They presented the President with a complete set if 32 maps and charts made by the expedition of the route they chose surveyed and followed through 12 nations.
