Champions Oakland, California... Barbara Duncan, runner up, and Florence Maxwell, the champion, shown with trophies won in Post-Enquirer Tennis Championships played at Mosswood, Oakland. Miss Maxwell will play in Hearst Grand National at Los Angeles. Metropolitan Oakland has already contributed three of the world's premier Racquet Stars to the game of Tennis. In the persons of Helen Wills and Helen Jacobs of Berkeley. And Don Budge of Oakland. Will these winners of the Hearst Grand National repeat the climb to fame of their local predecessors?
