Robert Horne and George Spernak, who were arraigned before U.S. Commissioner David B. Head for the high seas murder of "Black Jack"Morgan, the ex-convict who slew Dwight Faudling, in all probabilties will be exonerated, it was indicated at their arraignment. The youths told G-Men it was necessary to kill Morgan in order to save their lives and the lives of the other four passengers, three women and an 8-year-old boy. Other passengers sustained the youths story of Faulding's death at Morgan's hands and the killer's subsequent death.
