Walter McGee, who was sentenced to death today in Kansas City, Mo. for the kidnapping of Mary McElroy, whose father, city manager H.F. McElroy of Kansas city, paid $30,000 to ransom her. The death decree for McGee was the first made in the National War on Kidnapping.
