J.O. Dumas, Pampa, Texas, Policeman talks in the county jail in Bridgeport, Conn. ,June 28, with his daughter, Mrs. Imogene Stevens, held in lieu of $50,000 bail on a manslaughter charge in the fatal shooting of Albert Kovacs on June 23, a 19 year old Norwalk sailor.
