Vivient Kellems, president of the Kellem Company foundedin 1927 at Stonington, Conn., has sold her factory. Miss Kellems, who gained nation wide fame when she refused to collect withholding taxes from her employees, declared with the 17 different taxes the concern has to pay there is no money left for expansion. She owned the company with her brother, David.
