Washington, March 13--Congressmen Discuss Truman Address--Representatives Harold F. Youngblood (R-MICH) (right) and W.J. Miller (R-CONN) talk at the Capitol today, discussing President Truman's plea for aid to Greece and Turkey. Rep. Youngblood said the president's request "is equivalent to a declaration of war" since American military personnel as well as financial aid was asked. Rep. Miller is a World War I veteran whose legs were amputated after a 1918 air crash.
