Assistant Attorney General Holmes Baldridge leaves court after winding up his arguments opposing a steel industry plea for an order against government seizure. Baldridge argued that "The President is Accountable only to the Country" and is not limited by the constitution. This contention brought from Federal Judge David A. Pine the comment: "I never heard that expressed before" Photo measures 8 x 10.25 inches. Photo is dated 04-25-1952.
