Advanced Life Support Program Phase 2 Early Human Test Crew Member John Lewis, a lead mechanical engineer for the recyclable life support systems test, uses a computer to research mission-related data during the 60-day test. Lewis and three other Johnson Space Center (JSC) employees will complete the test on July 12, 1996. The test utilizes systems similar to those that are planned for the International Space Stations (ISS).
