Kelly G. Davis, 23, is proof that good, clean, healthy living is no absolute deterrent to disease. When he least expected it, Davis became ill with a rare lung disease. He never smoked. He was a sport enthusiast and since age 5 he had set his eye on a career as a professional athlete.
