United Nations, NY: United States Ambassador Henry Cabot Lodge, Jr., left, permanent representative to United Nations, uses hand gestures as he talks to India's V.K. Krishna Menon in New York today as debate in 60-nation United Nation Political Committee continued over participants in Korean peace conference. United States wants the conference confined to belligerents and yesterday South Korea's Foreign Minister Y.T. Pyun told the committee his government would find it impossible to sit in the conference with India unless latter was seated with Communists.
