Description
Dr. and Mrs. Nance Surgeon hero of prison camps is home again A New Orleans surgeon, Dr. Dana Wilson Nance, was at home today at 3521 Camp Street after spending the past three years in Japanese prison camps at Baguio and Los Banos in the Philippines. He's home with his wife, Anna who "thought this reunion would never happen;" with his two sons, Walter and Carter, who took his tattered prison camp pants to school to show the fellows, and his eight-year-old daughter, Florence, who's grown so he "hardly knew her."
