Ma wants $40,000 from the singing star for education, board and livelihood and loans. In addition Mrs. Kirk claims Lisa and a jeweler, Bernard B. Fisher, put the hit on her for $5,000, fraudulently representing that she would become a limited partner in a jewelry concern. Lisa, through her lawyer, denies any 50-50 agreement.
