She's first with safety first Mrs. Joyce Hinkle, 1866 Gentilly Boulevard, was the first person to take up the Delta Safety Society's offer for a free driving lesson. The society made the offer in connection with its June safety campaign. With Mrs. Hinkle for her first lesson are Warren Reinhard, J.A. Poche and F.O. Cornay, Delta Safety Society officers.
