AFL boss William Green takes off in Washington to testify with gestures against the Taft-Hartley Labor Bill. Boss Bill told the House Labor Subcommittee that the act had helped Communism grow in eastern Europe. He said that Red leaders had cited the law as an example of the restrictions placed on the working class by capitalist employers.
