Wilburn Wilson and Phillip Hannan, the convention reports. Lions clubs in every Russian city and Russian satellite counry, could eliminate the friction between the U.S. and Russia. Selwyn A. Dodge, a director of Lions International, said this here today. He came here from Detroit to attend the state Lions Club convention meeting today and tomorrow at the Roosevelt. Lions clubs are banned in Russia, Poland and the other "iron curtain" countries, however, he said.
