Following a two-hour inspection tour of New Orleans port facilities late yesterday afternoon, J. Peter Grace, Jr., executive assistant to the president of the Grace Line of New York, indicated that his company will make New Orleans a port of call when it resumes operations between the Gulf and the west coast of South America next month. "We fully realize the important of New Orleans in relation to the Central and South American countries," he said, " and there is not much doubt in tmy mind that we will call here for south bound cargoes."
