Nasrollah Entezam (r) of Iran, President of the General Assembly, and member of the three-man committee chosen by United Nations to negotiate a cease-fire in Korea, talks with Russian delegate Jacob A. Malik before 1/3 meeting of Political Committee. At meeting, failure of the cease-fire negotiations was announced. Against background of Communist China's rejection of the program for a cease-fire, Malik denounced American "aggression" and "atrocities" in Korea.
