David Dubinsky, center, president of the International Ladies' Garment Workers' union, is shown in his hotel room with his daughter, Jean, left and Mrs. Dubinsky, following a fist fight yesterday morning with Joseph Fay, vice president of the International Union of Operating Engineers. Following the fracas which occurred when Fay denounced Dubinsky's anti racketeering resolution which is currently in the hands of the AFL resolutions committee, a plainclothes policeman was stationed outside Dubinsky's room to protect his wife and daughter.
