Description
Some people have to sweat to get a good job, but Mrs. Zella Courtney only had to say how do you do while visiting a friend connected with one of the largest firms in Chicago. She walked in to say hello and walked out with a contract. And for a whole year she's been with them - a planner of furnishings and decorations. Mrs. Courtney was born in the hills of Minnesota in a log cabin. When her birthday lessons were done at the age of five, she began to draw and paint. She's had no formal training in art. She majored in architecture at the University of Minnesota and was graduate in 1931.

Photo is dated 1941.

Photo measures 7 x 9.25 inches.
