Up, Up, Up Goes The Framework of the new $7 million City Hall building, shown here from the Poydras st. side, the rear of the structure. This view, made Sunday, shows the building's skeleton nearly completed. Only a small amount of structural steel remains to be added for the framework. At lower right may be seen part of the skeleton of the council chambers, a wing of the main building.
