Description
Perry Como was performing in a gambling casino in Warren, Ohio in 1936 when bandleader Ted Weems came in to try his luck, and it was a lucky night for both of them when Weems hired Como as a singer. Now, 35 years later, Como has come out of retirement to play an engagement in Las Vegas.
