Description
Burden Research Plantation - Kitchen, above, is a separate brick building near overseer's house. Iron and copper pots swing in fireplace, and many unusual pieces of culinary equipment are displayed in room. Museum's schoolhouse has cypress furniture and boasts two Clementine Hunter paintings. Log corn cribs, below, circa 1810 is one of the museum's oldest structures.
