1965 Press Photo Huge cranes alongside the Aloha State at Port of New Orleans.

Description
Huge cranes, like the one pictured along side the Aloha State, are part of the vital operations in the Port of New Orleans for lifting heavy cargo aboard or from ships. Yesterday this crane was used to lift four 82-foot Coast Guard cutters, bound for Vietnam, aboard the Aloha State.

Photo is dated 1965.
