Three Argentine youths in their 1927 Model T Ford, pass the U.S. Capitol yesterday nearing the end of their 18-month, 14,000 mile tour from Buenos Aires to New York. At one point they substituted empty gas cans for wheels, added a propeller and went to sea to avoid the Darien gap in the Pan-American Highway. The travelers are, from left, Juan Carlos Torres, Jose Vallverdu and Manuel Fontes. Their dog is "Atacongo."
