Newark Mayor tells of rioting- Mayor Hugh J. Addonizio, center, of Neward, New Jersey, testifies before the special presidential Commission on Civil Disorders today in Washington. In foreground are Gov. Otto Kerner of Illinois, left, chairman of the group, and Mayor John Lindsay of New York, vice chairman. At table at left of Addonizio is Donald Malafronte, the mayor's administrative assistant. Addonizio discussed rioting in Newark in July that left 24 dead.
