Tel Aviv, July 7 - Bonn voyager in Israel - West German Foreign Minister Walter Scheel, second from left, and his wife, left, are greeted by Scheel's Israeli counterpart, Abba Eban, on arriving by plane in Tel Aviv Wednesday. At right is Mrs. Eban. Scheel is the first Bonn foreign minister to visit Israel since diplomatic relations were established in 1965. He came for talks with leaders who have expressed concern over West Germany's Middle East diplomacy.
