1967 Press Photo National Election Board Erected, Downtown Saigon, South Vietnam

For all to see - Workers letter names on a huge tote board in square in downtown Saigon in preparation for posting election night results. The board, three weeks in the making, is being built over a fountain a block away from the Assembly Building and City Hall. The national election takes place in South Vietnam on September 3.
