Arriving at Andrews Air Force Base near Washington Sunday night on a return trip from California that included conferences on the war in Vietnam is President Richard M. Nixon. The President talks with the base Commander, Brig. General Richard A. Knoblach, as Secretary of State William Rogers puts on his overcoat. At right is United States Ambassador to Vietnam Ellsworth Bunker. Rogers and Bunker were among the aides who flew the conference flight with the President.
