Rogers, left, hears a first hand account of the East-West agreement on Berlin from Kenneth Rush, United States Ambassador to West Germany, Wednesday at the State Department in Washington. Rush flew to Washington yesterday at Rogers' request and will return to Germany today after their meeting.
