Representative Benjamin Rosenthal, D-NY, chairman of a House Government Operations subcommittee looks over a confidential Internal Revenue Service report on the project called Operation Sunshine. Rosenthal refused to comment on the report, but sources said the project deals with an IRS investigation into organized crime in the Miami, Florida area.
