The Chairman of the President's Committee for Employment of the Physically Handicapped, Harold Russell, shows some of the signs which urge employers to hire the handicapped at his Washington office. Russell, a disabled veteran of World War II, said the Vietnam era disabled veterans are having a tougher time finding their way back into the mainstream of life.
