Senator Walter Mondale, D-Minnesota, and Ralph Nader, left, auto industry critic and safety campaigner, confer today after testifying before a Senate Government Operations subcommittee. Mondale told the senators that automobile manufacturers will make a $100 million profit on installation of shoulder harnesses. Nader joined Mondale in urging that Congress require disclosure of the actual expense involved in the installation of the safety features required by the government. Washington
