Miroslav Nacvalac, Czechoslovakian United Nations diplomat accused of using his post for spying and members of his family wave from plane ramp at New York's Idlewild Airport tonight as they leave for Paris and Prague. With him are his bouquet-carrying wife, Hana, and their sons, Miroslav, 8, and Ivan, 10. Nacvalac, in his goodbye statement at the airport, said that the United States branded him a spy and forced him to leave because he would not betray his country.
