Joseph Phillips, left, chief counsel for the House Select Committee on Crime, talks today with Mickey Rudin, attorney for Frank Sinatra before the retired singer arrived to answer questions about alleged mobster interests in a New England racetrack. Sinatra was a vice president and director of Berkshire Downs near Springfield, Massachusetts, in 1963.
