Democratic Presidential hopeful Senator Edmund Muskie of Maine reads a resolution calling for an end of the Vietnam war, which he said he would introduce to the Senate Monday morning. Muskie read the letter during his appearance Sunday on ABC-TV's "Issues and Answers."
