Governor Winthrop Rockefeller of Arkansas shakes hands with a friend after the governor's plane made an emergency landing at Memphis Airport Thursday. The twin-engine plane, with seven others aboard, circled the airport area for 57 minutes before the pilot could dislodge a stuck landing gear. Rockefeller and his party resumed their trip by charter plane.
