President Johnson ushers Chancellor Josef Klaus of Austria, ahead of him during a ceremonial greeting today on the White House lawn for the Austrian visitor. The President, in welcoming the chancellor, said Klaus arrived at "a time of turbulence and hope in our nation and around the world."
