Marina Oswald Porter, right, widow of the accused assassin of President Kennedy, appeared in court last night in Dallas asking that her husband, Kenneth Jess Porter, left, be placed under peace bond. She stated that he slapped her and threatened to kill himself. Porter's lawyers posted $1,500 peace bond and he went free shortly before midnight.
