Pope Paul VI pins a Vatican medal on the flag of a group of Croatian pilgrims from Yugoslavia at Vatican City Saturday. It was the Pontiff's first public audience since he was stricken with a urinary inflammation September 4. The Pope, looking and sounding better than he has in weeks, will be 70 years of age Tuesday.
